Agile, adaptable & affordable solutions for your growing business
My name is Mary Reed, and I am the Founder and Principal Advisor of Reed Partners. I have spent the majority of my career working at top firms in the consulting and investing fields, including McKinsey and American Securities, and bring that knowledge to bear in growing out our advisory and consulting practice.
Reed Partners was founded to give businesses at all stages and sizes access to insightful, practical advice without the prolonged timelines, expensive price tags and extensive demands on internal resources typical of traditional large advisory firms. We are agile, adaptable and above all committed to ensuring our clients get exactly what they need – whether it be a strategic plan, investor materials, M&A diligence support, cost opportunity identification, or even an interim functional executive – when and how they need it.
Since our inception in 2020, we have worked with a wide variety of businesses across sectors and geographies, from rapidly growing startups to industry giants, as well as with leading investors in the private equity, venture capital and independent sponsor spaces. You can learn more about our services and ways of working on the following pages, but if you are curious about how we can help your business, the best way to find out is to contact us directly so we can discuss your goals, challenges and needs in a more tailored fashion.
Regardless, we're glad you're here and hope we have the chance to collaborate at some point in the future. We are constantly growing and expanding, so whether you're a prospective client, a consultant or investment professional looking for flexible employment, or a potential partner of another sort, please don't hesitate to reach out so we can do what we do best – tackle tough challenges and create value together.
