When clients reach out to us, we will typically set up an introductory conversation as quickly as possible to get to know you, your business and your needs. If no follow-up discussions are needed and the proposed work seems like a fit for us, we will develop a proposal laying out the scope of work, deliverables, timing, and cost for you to review.
Once a consulting services agreement is in place, we will begin our work, incorporating regular check-ins as needed, while striving as much as possible not to overburden internal time or resources. Just as every engagement is different, every timeline and set of working norms will be different, though we will always make sure to agree on these in detail in the upfront proposal.
As our work comes to a close, we will hand over deliverables and set up a final meeting to review findings and proposed next steps. For many of our clients, the initial engagement may reveal additional opportunities to collaborate on follow-on work or in other areas of the business, at which point we will develop an updated proposal and the work will start anew.
